Effective February 2023, this Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices governing the types of information collected through the website (stlspeakeasy.com) (the “website” henceforth) owned and operated by Krown Consulting LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and the Electronic Health Record System (“EHR”), our use of this information, and your privacy choices and rights. This policy is specific to personal information shared voluntarily through this website, or automatic information shared by your device, and does not speak to Personal Health Information privacy policies, which are outlined further in our intake/onboarding process for services rendered.

This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect from or about you from:

  • Your submission of a resource to the website

  • Your contact request through the website and/or creation of an account through the EHR.

A. Voluntary Information:

When you interact with our website or our EHR, “Personal Information” that relates to you as an identifiable individual that you intentionally and voluntarily provide to us may be collected, including and not limited to your first and last name, address, email address, and when necessary, credit card or billing information. You can always choose not to provide us with information. However, certain withheld information may limit or deny your access to some or all of our services.

B. Information That Is Provided Automatically:

As a function of the website, our provider automatically collects this information.

Please note: the website features social buttons from networks, included LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, which are embeded with a code provided by the social platform. These coded buttons generally know if you are logged in to any such social site; we are not granted any access to that information, nor are we able to control how those networks use it.

B. Rights of California Residents

The California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) has additional protections for California residents. Residents of California are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain a list of all third parties to whom their personally identifiable information was provided for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2017 will receive information about 2016 sharing activities). We does not disclose any user information to third parties for third party marketing purposes, so we are not required to comply with this law. Although we do not have a legal obligation to do so, we may respond to requests made per the CCPA, however voluntary responses are not a waiver of our legal rights and obligations under the laws of California and USA.

VI. Minors/Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal information, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or their parent/legal guardian) to inform the child that direct consent of a legal guardian is required in order to utilize the website and services offered. VII. Storage of Your Information

Generally, we will store information/data until it is no longer necessary to provide services to you, until you ask us to delete it, or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. VIII. Request to Access or Delete

If we grant your request to access personal data, we will:

If you request that we delete your personal data that we possess, we will do so unless:

Any personal data we processed unlawfully will be deleted. If you were a minor when we collected the personal data, we will delete the data upon request. We Cannot Guarantee the Security of the Site.

We take seriously our obligation to safeguard the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal information and any data collected from our users. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent accidental loss or unauthorized access of personal information, such as password-protection and two-way authentication, and use of encryption where possible. Additionally, access to your personal information and data is limited those who have a genuine business need.
